Is it possible to use another courier than UPS to deliver ordered goods? For example DHL, FEDEX or TNT?

Yes, it is possible. In this situation buyer should inform on-line-shop what curier he/she want to use. Cash on delivery is not possible. Buyer should do 100% prepayment for goods. On line shop inform buyer all bank details with bank account number.

 

Will I pay for transport? How mauch?
Yes, ordered goods are send to customer on his cost by UPS or another courier after contact with on line shop. We do not  inform customers on our  on line shop website about transport cost because in every country UPS or other courier has own price list (in Poland is another price list and another in Germany, Sweden or USA for example). To check transport cost please contact your UPS or other courier office.

 

What kind of massage should I expected after I placed an order?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will also receive a second and will be asked to confirm your order once again. You will get an email also when your order has been shipped (way bill number).

 

Can you ship my order to an address different form biling address?

Yes it is possible after buyer confirmation.

 

What about international orders?

We accept orders from all over the world. We send with first class post services such as UPS. Post Office box address cannot be shipped to; we must have a street address for delivery.

 

Will I pay extra for packing?
No. Standard packing price is included in goods price.
